Bio Text Mining - Jena University Language & Information Engineering (JULIE) Lab
Udo Hahn (Group Leader)
Development of text analytics tools for automatic biomedical information extraction (text mining) and automatic database generation. Ontology engineering for the life sciences. JULIE Lab is the coordinator of BOOTStrep, a STREP project (FP6), and StemNet, an e-Science Call project (BMBF). Udo Hahn received the IBM UIMA Innovation Award 2007 and the IBM Unstructured Information Analytics Innovation Award 2008.
