Systems Biology / Bioinformatics
Reinhard Guthke (Group Leader)
Bioprocess data analysis and modelling of microbiological and clinical processes with focus on time series, transcriptome and proteome data analysis and network inference to generate hypotheses for dynamic modelling. The group is actively involved in several Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Initiatives, such as the Jena Centre for Bioinformatics (JCB) and the German Systems Biology Initiatives HepatoSys and FORSYS-Partner, and also in industry projects.
For more information look at the Systems Biology / Bioinformatics Group page of the Hans Knöll Institute (HKI).
